SPS Commerce Culture
Life at SPSUnique. Dynamic. People-powered.
Without our energetic, fast-paced team of all-hands-on-deck doers, absolutely none of our growth achievements would have been possible, that’s why we strive to deliver a challenging yet rewarding workplace where our employees feel inspired, motivated and valued. We’re ready to keep winning and that means we need people who like to Get. After. It.
Change is in our DNA. Every team––from sales to tech development––is constantly innovating, creating and overcoming. We create omnichannel retail solutions that help retailers, suppliers and third party logistics collaborate to optimize supply chain efficiencies. In other words, we create tech products that retail companies depend on to adapt to an ever-changing retail environment, allowing them to work smarter and more efficiently.
We do big things here.
Thirst for Growth
Growth is imperative in a network business, it also fuels constant change so we embrace that change and continue to reinvent ourselves as we grow.
SPS at Work
Our perks are big and small, from company-wide events and department outings to a casual dress code and endless coffee. We’re a collective of sharp minds that have an amazing work ethic, and we celebrate our really successes.
We’re Better Together
Here we succeed together, move forward united and have a responsibility to our community. Each year, SPS holds an annual charity auction, partner with two work-study programs and hold an annual fundraising campaign for our signature cause, United Way.
For nearly a decade, this passionate spirit of giving has manifested itself through staff-created videos and a company-wide home-brew tasting event which benefits an organization who provides support for those in poverty. Our creativity has also granted us the honor of being named one of United Way’s “Best of” partners.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our Values in Practice
Through donations from SPS employees and customers, we alongside the Elimisha Children’s Project were able to sponsor the development of a new school in Kenya. Located in the remote village of Kitui, the school was overcrowded and made of tin and wood. Now called SPS Academy, a symbol of gratitude from the community, the school doubled attendance in 2017.
